The Marketing Channel Manager will support the Marketing Channel SVP and Directors and will have full responsibility for managing implementation of all assigned marketing programs. This includes working effectively with our internal Creative and Operations teams as applicable.  The Marketing Channel Manger will provide in-depth analysis of program and partner performance across key operational and financial metrics.  In addition, this person will work closely with partner companies to report campaign performance and develop strategic enhancements. Responsibilities also include managing relationships with external marketing partners. The Marketing Channel Manager will collaborate with marketing partners to identify new opportunities and optimize existing programs in order to deliver incremental profits for Red Ventures. This position requires a progressive, on-the-spot, creative problem solver who demonstrates both technical and analytical excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and relationship building skills. This person must be an independent thinker who demonstrates the ability to synthesize complex operational and marketing data into revenue-impacting marketing strategies.

This position is accountable for receiving and processing incoming customer contacts via incoming calls, e-mails, written correspondence, and voice mails concerning billing, change of service, repair, feature instruction, account maintenance, general information and up-selling. Responsible for ensuring first call resolution whenever possible.
